Linking you and your bag

How it works

1. Buy a booq bag.

   A good place to start is at booq's website.

2. Register your booq bag via Terralinq.

   Registering your bag is easy.

   1. Enter your email and your Terralinq serial number.
   2. You will be sent an email with a confirmation code to verify you email address.
   3. Enter the confirmation code, your email and your Terralinq serial number.
   4. Fill out the basic information page with your name, password and contact information.
   5. You can also (optionally) set up locations to track where your bag is located.

3. Lose your bag.

   We will leave this up to you to find an interesting and creative way to be separated from your booq bag.

4. Report your bag missing via Terralinq.

   You can report you bag missing as soon as you realize it. Log in to your My Terralinq page and click on the "Update" link to the right of the bag that has gone missing. Then click on the "Report Lost" link to flag that bag as unaccounted for. You can skip this step as we will contact you about a found bag wether or not you have reported it missing.

5. Someone finds your bag.

   Somewhere near where you left it we would presume.

6. That someone reports it found via Terralinq.

   They go to the Terralinq website and click on Report and give us their contact information.

7. Terralinq attempts to connect you and the finder.

   We will email you with the contact information the finder gave us.

8. You arrange for the return of your bag.

   And your booq bag finds its way home.
